Email reminders

If you sign up, we store your email address, selected counties and subscription timestamps. We send a confirmation email before activating your subscription. You can change counties or unsubscribe using the links in our emails. We do not ask for a parcel number, home address or payment information.

Cloudflare hosts the site and subscription database. Resend delivers subscription emails. These providers process information needed to operate their services. We do not sell your reminder email address.

Request security

Signup requests use a short-lived, salted hash of the requesting IP address to limit automated abuse. We do not store the raw IP address in the subscription database. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.

Analytics

When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site usage. Optional PostHog analytics records page views and actions such as finder searches, signups and clicks on official payment links. Our event helper does not send your email address, search text or subscription link tokens, and uses an identifier held only in page memory. It sets no analytics cookies. Optional PostHog events respect a browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Retention and your choices

Unsubscribing stops future reminders. We retain subscription status and delivery records to honor that request and avoid duplicate messages. Pending confirmation links expire after 48 hours. For access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@propertytaxcalendar.com from the relevant address. We may need to verify that you control it.

External sites

Official county and payment links open external services with their own privacy practices. We do not receive or process your tax payments.
